Using Growthack

These terms apply to your use of the Growthack website, interactive demo, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Growthack helps teams organize business context, review growth information, prepare recommendations, and coordinate work. Available features depend on your access, configuration, and the integrations enabled for your workspace. A description or demo of a feature does not promise that every integration or execution capability is available.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, safeguard account access, and use only accounts and data you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the legality of the information you submit, necessary notices and permissions, and the instructions or approvals you give.

Do not use Growthack for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, unauthorized access, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not bypass access controls or approval requirements, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt prohibited extraction of personal or audience data.

AI output and external actions

AI-generated recommendations and content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review them before relying on them or sharing them. You remain responsible for business decisions, factual checks, and any necessary professional advice.

External actions depend on the applicable permissions, human approvals, and guardrails. Connecting an account does not authorize every future action. Do not treat a prepared payload, simulation, or recommendation as a completed action. Growthack does not guarantee revenue, rankings, campaign results, or other growth outcomes.

Your content and connected services

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Growthack to process that content as needed to provide the features you request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Growthack. Growthack’s branding, software, and other service materials remain protected by their applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party services have their own terms, policies, availability, and permission requirements. Their availability can change independently of Growthack. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our data deletion page explains how to request removal.

Access, previews, and fees

Public demos use synthetic or representative information. Preview and trial features may change, have limited availability, or be discontinued. They should not be treated as evidence of real customer results or completed provider actions.

Any paid service, price, subscription period, or specific commercial commitment must be presented and agreed separately. These public terms do not by themselves authorize a charge. If a separate agreement applies to your service, it governs its specific commercial terms.

Availability and limits

We may modify features or limit or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational needs. You can stop using Growthack and request deletion of your information using the published instructions.

The website, demos, and previews are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate agreement, Growthack does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions
